A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
DESIGNATING VOTING DELEGATES AND ALTERNATES
TO THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA JOINT POWERS
INSURANCE AUTHORITY (SCJPIA)
WHEREAS, the City of Poway is a member of the Southern California Joint
Powers Insurance Authority (SCJPIA); and
WHEREAS, as a member, the City of Poway is entitled to all voting rights;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AND DESIGNATE AS DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATES OF THE SCJPIA FOR THE
CITY OF POWAY:
