SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, LOIS J. PROVENCE, was the original Trustor, COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES, INC., the
original Trustee, and POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, the original Beneficiary, under that certain Deed of Trust dated
October 24, 2001 and recorded October 30, 2001 as Instrument No 2001- 0785136 of Official Records of the County of San Diego,
State of California, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned present Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place of
COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES, INC, and
NOW, therefore, the undersigned hereby substitutes CITY OF POWAY as Trustee under said Deed of Trust. Said Trustee
hereby accepts the appointment and does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the
Estate, now held by him thereunder
