A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE
INTENTION TO ESTABLISH UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 55
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway,
California desires to establish an Underground Utility
District along Pomerado Road (Attachment A) for the
purposes of improving the public health, safety, and
welfare by placing all utilities underground;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Poway does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct
and the City Council so finds and determines.
Pursuant to Poway Municipal Code (Section 12.48)
a public hearing will be held on November
10, 1987 in the City Council chambers at
City Hall to consider the matter.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED at a regular meeting
this 20th day of October, 1987.
