A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY
DECLARING THE INTENTION TO REVERT TO ACREAGE LOTS 1
THROUGH 30 OF THE CITY OF POWAY TRACT 4019, MAP NO. 10701
WHEREAS, on July 12, 1983, the City Council of the City
of Poway approved the final map and the Standard Agreement
for Construction of Public Improvements of City of Poway
Tract 4019; and
WHEREAS, said final map of Tract 4019 was recorded in
the office of the San Diego County Recorder on August 16,
1983, as Map No. 10701; and
WHEREAS, none of the public improvements required by
the above mentioned Standard Agreement have been made by
the agreed completion date of July 12, 1985; and
WHEREAS, on July 7, 1987 the City Council denied the
staff's recommendation that approval be granted for a one
year time extension to complete the public improvements;
and
WHEREAS, the residential lot sizes as created by said
Tract 4019 do not meet the current standards of the City
Comprehensive Plan minimum one acre lot size requirement;
and
WHEREAS, Section 66499.15 of the Subdivision Map Act
requires a Public Hearing be held on the proposed reversion
to acreage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF POWAY, the Public Hearing for the reversion to
acreage of City of Poway Tract 4019, Map No. 10701 shall
be held on December 15, 1987, at 7:00 P.M. and all interested
parties as evidenced in the preliminary title report shall
be notified by certified mail.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of
the City of Poway, California, at a regular meeting this
20th day of October, 1987.
