A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING A FOUR-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF
SUMMER SAGE ROAD AND LAKE POWAY ROAD, AND A YIELD SIGN FOR WESTBOUND
SUMMER SAGE ROAD AT BRIDLEWOOD ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the establish-
ment of stop signs in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, Section 21356 of the California Vehicle Code permits the establish-
ment of yield right-of-way signs in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that stop signs and yield signs should
be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with said Section 21351
of the California Vehicle Code, a four-way stop intersection be established at
Summer Sage Road and Lake Poway Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section
21356 of the California Vehicle Code, a yield sign be posted on the northeast
corner of Summer Sage Road and Bridlewood Road.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this lOth day of November, 1987.
