A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ANNEXATION OF CITY OF
POWAY PARCEL MAP 86-03 INTO POWAY LANDSCAPE
MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 83-1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway, California,
approved City of Poway Parcel Map 86-03 on May 20, 1986, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 80 of the City of Poway,
Condition 8 of Miscellaneous Section of City of Poway Resolution
P-86-32 requires that all landscaping associated with the
dedicated open planted area, noise attenuation walls, and all
equestrian/pedestrian trails adjacent to and within City of
Poway Parcel Map 86-03 be maintained through owner participation
in a landscape maintenance district; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City
of Poway, California to annex the above referenced areas into
Poway Landscape Maintenance Assessment District 83-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Poway does hereby resolve the following:
1. Pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 2, Part 2, Landscaping
and Lighting Act of 1972, Section 22605 through
22608.2 inclusive, dedicated open planted areas,
noise attenuation walls and all equestrian/pedestrian
trails adjacent to and within City of Poway Parcel Map
86-03 is annexed into Poway Landscape Maintenance
District 83-1.
2. Proposed assessments shall be as detailed in the
"Engineers Report for Poway Landscape Maintenance
Assessment District 83-1 for 1987-88."
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council at a
regular meeting this 10th day of November, 1987.
