A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
AS SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ESTABLISHING THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROJECT BUDGETS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011 -2012
WHEREAS, effective February 1, the City of Poway elected to act as Successor
Agency to the Poway Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, as Successor Agency to the Poway Redevelopment Agency, the
City Council of the City of Poway shall adopt Recognized Obligation Payment
Schedules (ROPS) for administrative expenditures, the first of which is a draft
preliminary schedule for the period January 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012, and
WHEREAS, the absence of any particular contract from the ROPS does not in
any way waive the legal rights of the City to challenge the purported validity of such
contracts under ABx1 26,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as Successor Agency to the Poway Redevelopment Agency as follows
Section 1 The appropriations listed in Exhibit "A" establishing the operating and
project administrative budgets for the City as Successor Agency to the Poway
Redevelopment Agency, consistent with the draft preliminary ROPS for the period
January 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012, and authorized by Resolution No 12 -007 are
to be made
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council for the City as
Successor Agency to the Poway Redevelopment Agency at a regular meeting this 21st
day of February 2012
