Res 87-148 RESOLUTION NO. 87- 148
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE ON TIERRA BONITA ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the establish-
ment of a "No Standing or Parking" zone in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a certain "No Parking" zone should.
be established to alleviate traffic congestion problems; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section 22507 of
the California Vehicle Code, the following "No Parking" zone is hereby
established:
The east and west sides of Tierra Bonita Road between
Twin Peaks Road and Evening Star Drive.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 17th day of November, 1987.
