CANCELLATION OF COVENANT REGARDING REAL PROPERTY
The City of Poway hereby cancels that certain Covenant Regarding Real Property, San Diego
County Recorder's Office Document Number 90 024028, recorded on January 16, 1990, on that
certain property owned by Sun Coast Homes Inc. bearing Assessor's Parcel Number 314 - 632 -47
and more precisely described as:
Lots 234 and 235 of County of San Diego Tract 3461 -7 in the City of Poway, County
of San Diego, State of California according to the Map thereof No. 8885, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, June 7, 1978 and modified by a
Covenant of Property Merger dated August 3, 1989 via San Diego County
Recorder's Office Document Number 89 483378 creating Assessor's Parcel Number
314 - 632 -47.
This cancellation is a result of the adoption of City of Poway Resolution No. P- 11 -28, which
eliminated Specific Plan 88 -02 and Specific Plan Amendment 88 -02A originally approved under
City of Poway Resolution Nos. P -88 -37 and P -89 -145.
