12206, per File No. 82- 172793 as described in Exhibit A, excepting therefrom the pipeline
easement recorded December 15, 1983 as File No. 83- 457415 of the Official Records of
San Diego County.

and Meridian in the City of Poway in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to the United States Government Survey approved September 11, 1879,
further described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of that real property deeded to James
D. Kunzman per deed recorded October 28, 1980 per File No. 80- 359514,
Official Records of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego.
