A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ANNEXATION OF CITY OF
POWAY TRACT 83-02 INT0 POWAY LANDSCAPE
MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 86-02
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway, California,
approved City of Poway Tract Map 83-02 on May 31, 1988, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 80 of the City of Poway,
Condition 15 of Section 2 of City of Poway Resolution P-83-50
requires that all landscaping associated with the dedicated open
planted area and all equestrian/pedestrian
trails adjacent to and within City of Poway Tract 83-02 be main-
tained through owner participation in a landscape maintenance
district; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City of
Poway, California to annex the above referenced areas into Poway
Landscape Maintenance Assessment District 86-02.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Poway does hereby resolve the following:
Pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 2, Part 2, Landscaping and
Lighting Act of 1972, Section 22605 through 22608.2 inclu-
sive, dedicated open planted areas
and all equestrian/pedestrian trails adjacent to and within
City of Poway Tract 83-02 is annexed into Poway Landscape
Maintenance District 86-02.

Proposed assessments shall be as detailed in the "Engineers
Report for Poway Landscape Maintenance Assessment District
86-02 for 1988-89."
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council at a regular
meeting this 31st day of May, 1988.
