A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING AN ANNUAL NONRESIDENT
PARKING PERMIT FEE AT LAKE POWAY
WHEREAS, currently at Lake Poway there is a $3 weekday and $4 weekend
parking fee for nonresidents; and
WHEREAS, On May 31, 1988, the City Council directed staff to implement an
annual parking fee for nonresidents.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Poway
does hereby approve the following:
The sale of an annual nonresident parking permit at $50 for the first
automobile and $10 for any additional automobile in the family.
2. Said parking permit to be valid for one year from July i to June 30 the
following year.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to do
all things necessary and proper to implement said actions.
