A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF CITY CREDIT CARDS
WHEREAS, it is often necessary for elected and appointed officials in
carrying out their duties to use credit cards for travel or meals;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Manager shall be authorized to designate those
individuals eligible to hold City credit cards and shall submit such designation
to the card issuer.
Section 2. That the listing of eligible card holders shall be updated at
least annually.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 12th day of July, 1988.
