A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE SUMMARY VACATION
OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT WITHIN PARCEL 2 OF
PARCEL MAP 15255 AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF
THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY RECORDER ON JUNE 6, 1988
(VACATION 88- 05 )
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to sum-
marily vacate a certain public service easement in accordance with
the procedures provided in Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 9 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, commencing at
Section 8330; and
WHEREAS, a drainage easement within Parcel 2 of Parcel Map
15255 was dedicated to the City of Poway per a document recorded as
File No. 71-102031 on Map 17, 1971 in the office of the County
Recorder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Poway as follows:
This summary vacation is made under the provisions of
Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California.
The City Council hereby finds that the herein described
drainage easement has been superseded by relocation and
there are no other public facilities within the easement.

The City Council hereby declares that the following
described drainage easement is hereby vacated:
See attached legal description titled "Exhibit A."
The City Clerk of the City of Poway is hereby directed to
cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in
the office of the Recorder of San Diego County in accor-
dance with the provisions of Section 8336 of the Streets
and Highways Code.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City
of Poway, California, at a regular meeting this 12st day of July,
1988.

1971 as File No. 102031 filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, State of California; more
particularly described as follows:
Ail that portion of Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 13, Township 14 South, Range 2 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Poway, County of
San Diego, State of California, according to United States
Government Survey approved on September 11, 1879 being the
Southerly 150.00 feet of the Easterly 100.00 feet of the
following described parcel:
Commencing at a point in the North line of said Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, which is 416.85 feet
East of the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter; thence East along the said North
line of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter,
203.65 feet, thence South 445.50 feet; thence West 203.65
feet; thence North 445.50 feet to the point of
commencement.
