A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING PARKING VIOLATION FEES
TO BE USED FOR VIOLATIONS OF CITY ORDINANCES
WHEREAS, the City Council has established regulatory
ordinances in the City of Poway regulating parking; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Council to recommend
parking violation fees for violations of City ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Poway recommends the following fees:
Ail fees on parking complaints shall be $30.00 per
violation, with the exception of handicapped which shall be
$50.00. Parking fees will double on all parking citations
written for parking violations after 20 days, not to exceed an
additional $15.00 per violation.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this 12th day of
July, 1988.
