Res 88-079 RESOLUTION NO. 88-079
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
PRORATING WATER CAPACITY CHARGES
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 88-062 of the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, was adopted June 21, 1988 which established water rates for fiscal
year 1988-89; and
WHEREAS, said resolution included rates for both water COFF~FlOdity and
capacity charges; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt this resolution in order to provide for
the proration of water capacity charges.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY:
1. Upon change of ownership, water capacity charges will be prorated on
a 6D-day billing period between old and new customer.
2. All other provisions of Resolution No. 88-062 shall remain in effect.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 26th day of July, 1988.
