A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY
APPROVING REVERTING TO ACREAGE LOTS 1 THROUGH 30 OF
CITY OF P0WAY TRACT 4019, MAP NO. 10701
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City of
Poway to revert to acreage City of Poway Tract 4019, Map No. 10701;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council began the proceeding on October 20,
1987, by setting the date for a public hearing relative to said
reversion; and
WHEREAS, Section 66499.14 of the Subdivision Map Act provides
for the City to establish a fee for processing said reversion; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that no more than $30,000.00 is
estimated to be required to cover said processing; and
WHEREAS, the cost of processing said reversion would be paid
from the deposits posted by the owner with the City of Poway for
plan checking and inspections (approximately $32,000.00 is still
available); and
WHEREAS, a final map for said reversion is now being prepared
and will be filed for recordation to delineate dedications of ease-
ments previously dedicated to the City per said Map 10701 that will
be retained (Sections 66499.13, 66499.18, and Section 66499.20-1/4
of the Subdivision Map Act).
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the City Council of the
City of Poway approves the revertion to acreage Lots 1 through 30
of City of Poway Tract 4019, Map No. 10701.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AN~ APPROVED by the City Council of the City
of Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this 9th day of
February, 1988.
