A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
RESPECTING AUTHORIZED OFFICERS DESIGNATED TO
EXECUTE PUBLIC SECURITIES, INSTRUMENTS OF
PAYMENT, AND INVESTMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 87-053
WHEREAS, the City of Poway California in conducting affairs of the City is
required to execute public securities, instruments of pa3nnent and investments;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate authorized officers to execute said
documents on behalf of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does hereby find that authorized officers be
authorized to execute said document by affixing a manual or facsimile signature
in order that the affairs of the City may be properly administered;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA DOES
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1. That until such authority is revoked the following positions:
Mayor
City Treasurer
City Manager
Director of Administrative Services
are authorized to sign and execute public securities, instruments of
payment, and investments by affixing a manual or facsimile signature on
behalf of the City.
2. That Resolution No. 87-053 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 1st day of March, 1988.
