A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION FOR STREET PURPOSES OF CERTAIN ONE-FOOT
WIDE STRIPS OF LAND LYING WITHIN CITY OF POWAY TRACT 4191-1R,
MAP NO. 11507: BROOKSTONE DRIVE, CITY OF POWAY TRACT NO.
4191-6R, MAP NO. 11745: DEERWOOD STREET, AND COUNTY
OF SAN DIEGO TRACT NO. 3461-7, MAP NO. 8885:
CONCHOS DRIVE AND LAJA DRIVE
WHEREAS, on the maps of City of Poway Tract No. 4191-1R,
recorded May 8, 1986, as Map No. 11507, City of Poway Tract No.
4191-6R, recorded March 17, 1987, as Map No. 11745, and County of
San Diego Tract No. 346x-7, recorded June 7, 1978, as Map No. 8885,
in the office of the County Recorder, there is offered for dedica-
tion for street purposes certain one-foot wide strips at the end of
Deerwood Street, and the easterly ends of Conchos and Laja Drive,
respectively, and
WHEREAS, on said Map No.'s 11507 and 11745 the City Council of
the CitY of Poway, and on said Map No. 8885, the County of San
Diego, rejected the offers of dedication of said one-foot wide
strips as hereinafter more particularly described, and
WHEREAS, because of the approval and impending recordation of
the final map of City of Poway Tract 4191-7R, it is in the best
public interest of the City of Poway that said one-foot wide strips
be now accepted for public use for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does
resolve, determine, and order as follows:
The City of Poway hereby rescinds the rejection of said
strips, and does hereby accept for public use for street
purposes the following:
Lot "A" designated as "reserved for future street" on
the map of City of Poway Tract No. 4191-1R, recorded
May 8, 1986, as Map No. 11507, in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego, California.
Those portions of Lots 329 and 330 designated as
"portions of Lots 329 and 330 reserved for future
street" on the map of City of Poway Tract No. 4191-6R,
recorded March 17, 1987, as Map No. 11745, in the
office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
California.

public service easements in said Tract No. 4191-7R:
That portion of that certain water line easement
granted to the Poway Municipal Water District in the
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
2, T14S, R2W, SBM described as Parcel 2 per document
No. 80-392581, recorded November 21, 1980, only within
City of Poway Tract No. 4191-7R; and that certain water
line easement gratned to the Poway Municipal Water
District in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 2, T14S, R2W, SBM per Document No.
78-040488, recorded January 31, 1978, only within Lot
210 of Map No. 8885.
The City Clerk of the City of Poway is hereby directed to
cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in
the office of the County Recorder or San Diego in accor-
dance with the provisions of Section 8333(c) of the Streets
and Highways Code.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City
of Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this 5 th day of
April, 1988.
