A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING THE PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS AT
THE INTERSECTIONS OF CARRIAGE ROAD AND PAPAGO DRIVE AND
TITAN WAY AND RIPARIAN ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the establish-
ment of stop signs in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that stop signs should be established.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with said Section 21351 of
the California Vehicle Code, stop signs be hereby established at:
1. The intersection of Titan Way and Riparian Road the
installation of three-way stop signs.
2. Establish a four-way stop intersection at Carriage Road
and Papago Drive.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with said Section 21351 of
the California Vehicle Code, stop signs be hereby established.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 18th day of October, 1988.
