A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
AS SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ESTABLISHING THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROJECT BUDGETS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012 -2013
WHEREAS, effective February 1, 2012, the City of Poway elected to act as
Successor Agency to the Poway Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the Poway
Redevelopment Agency adopted Recognized Obligation Payment Schedules (ROPS)
for administrative expenditures for the period July 1, 2012, through December 31, 2012;
and
WHEREAS, the absence of any particular contract from the ROPS does not in
any way waive the legal rights of the City of Poway to challenge the purported validity of
such contracts under ABx1 26.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as Successor Agency to the Poway Redevelopment Agency as follows:
Section 1: The appropriations listed in Exhibit "A" establishing the operating and
project administrative budgets for the City of Poway as Successor Agency to the Poway
Redevelopment Agency, consistent with the ROPS for the period July 1, 2012 through
December, 2012, and authorized by Resolution No. 12 -036 are to be made.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as Successor Agency to the Poway Redevelopment Agency at a regular meeting this
19th day of June 2012.
