A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION FOR STREET
PURPOSES OF CERTAIN ONE-FOOT WIDE STRIPS OF LAND LYING WITHIN
CITY OF POWAY TRACT NO. 4113-3, MAP NO. 11508:
PALISADES DRIVE, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO TRACT NAMED
HERITAGE HILLTOP, MAP NO. 7432: PEQUOT DRIVE,
COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO TRACT NAMED GOLDEN CITY UNIT NO. 2,
MAP 7066: STARRIDGE STREET
WHEREAS, on the maps of City of Poway Tract 4113-3 recorded May 8, 1986, as
Map No. 11508, the County of San Diego tract named Heritage Hilltop, Map No.
7432, recorded September 13, 1972, and the County of San Diego tract named
Golden City Unit No. 2, Map No. 7066, recorded Septgember 28, 1971, in the
office of the County Recorder, there is offered for dedication for public street
purposes certain one-foot wide strips at the end of Palisades Drive, Pequot
Drive, and Starridge Street, respectively, and
WHEREAS, on said Map No. 11508, the City Council of the City of Poway, and
on said Map Nos. 7432 and 7066, the County of San Diego rejected the offers of
dedication of said one-foot wide strips as hereinafter more particularly
described, and
WHEREAS, because of the approval and impending recordation of the final map
of City of Poway Tract 4191-4R, it is in the best public interest of the City of
Poway that said one-foot wide strips be now accepted for public use for street
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, does resolve, deter-
mine, and order as follows:
1. The City of Poway hereby rescinds the rejection of said strips, and does
hereby accept for public use for street purposes the following:

Those portions of lots 1 and 40 designated as "portions of lots 1
and 40 reserved for future street" on City of Poway Tract No.
4113-3, recorded May 8, 1986 as May No. 11508 in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, California.

Those portions of lots 1 and 12 designated as "portions of lots 1
and 12 reserved for future street" on County of San Diego tract
named Heritage Hilltop, recorded September 13, 1972, as Map No. 7432
in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
California.

A portion of Lot "A" designated as "reserved for future street" on
the County of San Diego map named Golden City Unit No. 2, recorded
on September 28, 1971, as Map No. 7066 in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, California, said portion being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Westerly right-of-way line of
Silver Lake Drive and the Northerly right-of-way of Starridge
Street as shown on said Map 7066; thence Easterly along said

Northerly right-of-way of Starrtdge Street North 76020'00'' West
439.60 feet; thence South 13039'05'` West 2.00 feet to a point on
the beginning of a non-tangent 311 foot radlus curve concave
Southerly; a radial to said point bears North 13039'05" East, said
point also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence Easterly
along the arc of said curve 78.48 feet thru a central angle of
14°27'28"; thence leaving said Northerly right-of-way of Starrldge
Street South 28006'33'' West 1.00 foot to a point on the Southerly
line of Lot "A" of said Map 7066; sald point also being in the arc
Of a 310,00 foot curve concave Southerly; thence Westerly along
said curve and Southerly line of said Lot "A" a distance of 78.22
feet; thence leaving said curve and southerly line of lot A North
13°39'05I' East 1.00 foot to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The City Clerk Is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified
copy of this resolution to be recorded In the offlce of the Recorder of
San Diego County.
