A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE PLACEMENT OF A YIELD SIGN ON
OAKSTAND AT THE TITAN WAY INTERSECTION; ESTABLISH A NO PARKING
ZONE ON THE EAST SIDE OF RIPARIAN FROM THE CUL-DE-SAC TO
860 FEET NORTH OF TITAN WAY; ESTABLISH A NO PARKING ZONE
FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 2:00 P.M. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY EXCEPT
HOLIDAYS ON THE WEST SIDE OF RIPARIAN FROM THE CUL-DE-SAC NORTH
TO OAKSTAND; ESTABLISH NO PARKING ZONES ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF TITAN WAY FROM RIPARIAN ROAD 260 FEET EAST AND FROM
ESPOLA ROAD 530 FEET WEST; ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
TITAN WAY FROM RIPARIAN ROAD 260 FEET EAST AND FROM
ESPOLA ROAD 785 FEET WEST AND ESTABLISH A NO PARKING ZONE
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF COLONY DRIVE FROM POMERADO ROAD
82 FEET WEST AND ON THE SOUTH SIDE FROM
POMERADO ROAD 112 FEET WEST
WHEREAS, Section 21356 of the California Vehicle Code permits the establish-
ment of a "Yield Right-of-Way" sign in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the establish-
ment of "No Standing or Parking" zone in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this City Council has determined that a yield sign and no parking
zones should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that, in accordance with said Section 21356
of the California Vehicle Code, yield right-of-way sign is hereby established
eastbound on Oakstand at Riparian.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that, in accordance with said Section 22507
of the California Vehicle Code, a "No Standing or Parking" zones are hereby
established:
On the east side of Riparian from the cul-de-sac to 860 feet north of Titan
Way; on the west side of Riparian from the cul-de-sac north to Oakstand, no
parking from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday except holidays;
establish no parking zones on the north side of Titan Way from Riparian Road
260 feet east and from Espola Road 530 feet west; on the south side of
Titan Way from Riparian Road 260 feet east and from Espola Road 785 feet
west; on the north side of Colony Drive from Pomerado Road 82 feet west; and
on the south side of Colony Drive from Pomerado Road 112 feet west.
