A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING THE PLACEMENT OF A YIELD SIGN AT
THE INTERSECTION OF GRANVILLE AND EVANSTON DRIVES
WHEREAS, Section 21356 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of a Yield Right-of-Way Sign in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this City Council has determined that a yield sign be established for
eastbound traffic on Granville Drive at its intersection with Evanston Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with said Section 21356
of the California Vehicle Code, a Yield Right-of-Way Sign be established at:
The intersection of Granville Drive and Evanston Drive
for eastbound traffic on Granville Drive.
