A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF ESPOLA ROAD,
FROM TWIN PEAKS ROAD SOUTH APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET TO THE FIRST DRIVEWAY;
A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF TWIN PEAKS ROAD, FROM ESPOLA ROAD
WEST APPROXIMATELY 190 FEET TO THE EASTERLY DRIVEWAY IN FRONT OF THE
CIRCLE K; AND A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF SILVERLAKE DRIVE,
FROM THE DRIVEWAY IN FRONT OF THE THRIFTY STORE TO 140 FEET NORTH
TO THE EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the Callfornla Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of "No Standing or Parking" zones in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this City Council had determined that no parking zones should be
established in specific locations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with said Section 22507
of the California Vehicle Code, "No Standing or Parking" zones are hereby
established:
On the west side of Espola Road, from Twin Peaks Road south approximately
100 feet to the first driveway; on the south side of Twin Peaks Road, from
Espola Road west approximately 190 feet to the easterly driveway in front
of the Circle K; and on the west side of Silverlake Drive from the driveway
in front of the Thrifty Store to 140 feet north to the existing fire
hydrant.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City/X~uncil of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this//3rI day of January, 1989.
