A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF POWA¥, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE
INTENTION TO ESTABLISH UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 58
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway, California desires to
establish an Underground Utility District along Aubrey Street and Midland Road
(Exhibit A) for the purpose of improving the public health, safety, and welfare
by placing all utilities underground;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby resolve as
follows:
The foregoing recitals are true and correct and the City Council
so finds and determines.
Pursuant to Poway Municipal Code (Section 12.48) a public hearing
will be held on March 14, 1989 in the City Council Chambers at
City Hall to consider the matter.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED at a regul.~.r meeting this 21st day of
February, 1989.
