A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING THE PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS AT
THE INTERSECTION OF POMERADO ROAD AND OAK KNOLL ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of stop signs in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that stop signs should be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with said Section
21351 of the California Vehicle Code, stop signs be hereby temporarily
established at the intersection of Pomerado Road and Oak Knoll Road, until
the completion of the new Pomerado Road.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the C~y Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof t~is128th day of February, 1989.
