A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
OF 56 FOOT WIDE STRIP OF LAND IN PORTIONS OF LOTS 32 AND 34, PM 12294
ALONG TWIN PEAKS ROAD
WHEREAS, on the Parcel Map No. 12294 recorded on August 27, 1982,
therein was offered for dedication for public road purposes a 56 foot wide
strip of land along Twin Peaks Road, being a portion of Lots 32 and 34 of
said map, existing APN 321-190-32, 34, original APN 321-190-03, and
WHEREAS, on the said Map No. 12294, said offer of dedication of said
56 foot wide strip was not accepted,
WHEREAS, the State of California Government Code (Subdivision Map Act)
Section 66477.2 (a) provides that a rejected offer of dedication shall
remain open and may be accepted by resolution at any later date,
NOW, THERERFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, does resolve,
determine, and order as follows:
The City of Poway hereby accepts the said 56 foot wide strip for
public use for roadway purposes those portions of Lots 32 and 34
of APN 321-190-32 and 34; original APN 321-190-03, on the Parcel
Map 12294, recorded on August 27, 1982 in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, California.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify to
the passage of this resolution and to cause its recordation in the
Office of the Recorder of San Diego County.
