SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, LYNN ERQUTAGA, was the original Trustor, COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES,
INC., the original Trustee, and POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, the original Beneficiary, under that certain
Deed of Trust dated May 15, 2002 and recorded May 20, 2002 as Instrument No. 2002 - 0423005 of Official Records of
the County of San Diego, State of California; and
WHEREAS, on February 1, 2012, the Poway Redevelopment Agency was dissolved by operation of law,
and, pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 37173, the City of Poway became the Successor Agency
to the former Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, as a result of the dissolution of the Redevelopment Agency, and in accordance with Health and
Safety Code Section 37173, said Deed of Trust has been assigned to the Successor Agency; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned present Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in
place of COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES, INC.
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, as the present Beneficiary of record under that certain Deed of Trust and
Assignment of Rents dated May 15, 2002, executed by LYNN ERQUTAGA as Trustor, in which the POWAY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY is named as Beneficiary and COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES, INC. as
Trustee, and recorded on May 20, 2002, as Instrument No. 2002- 0423005, Official Records of San Diego County,
California, hereby substitutes CITY OF POWAY, at 13325 Civic Center Drive, Poway, California, 92064, as Trustee
under said Deed of Trust in place of COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES, INC. Said Trustee hereby accepts the
appointment and does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the Estate, now
held by him thereunder.
