The August 7, 2012, Special Meeting of the Poway Public Financing Authority was called to
Order at 8:57 p.m., by Chair Higginson at the City Council Chambers, 13325 Civic Center
Drive, Poway, California.
Roll Call
Merrilee Boyack, John Mullin, Dave Grosch, Jim Cunningham, Don Higginson
Staff Members Present
Penny Riley, Executive Director, Tina White, Assistant Executive Director, Morgan L. Foley;
Counsel; Linda A. Troyan, Secretary; John French, Finance Officer.
Adoption of a Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Poway Public Financing
Authority Repealing Resolution No. F -92 -01 and setting the time of Regular Meetings.

Counsel Foley presented the report.
Motion by Vice Chair Cunningham, seconded by Director Grosch to adopt
Resolution No. F -12 -01 repealing Resolution No. F -92 -01 and establishing
Regular meetings of the Authority to coincide with Regular meetings of the
Poway City Council. Motion carried unanimously.

Chair Higginson adjourned the meeting at 8:58 p.m.
