A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF CERTAIN
ONE-FOOT WIDE STRIPS OF LAND LYING WITHIN
CITY OF POWAY TRACT NO. 4191-3BR, NAP NO. 1ZO8Z:
BEECHWOOD STREET, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO TRACT NAMED
GOLDEN CITY UNIT NO. 2, NAP NO. 7066:
STARRZDGE STREET
WHEREAS, on the maps of City of Poway Tract 4191-3BR recorded May 27, 1988,
as Map No. 12082 and the County of San Diego tract named Golden City Unit No. 2,
Map No. 7066, recorded September 28, 1971, in the office of the County Recorder,
there are offered for dedication for public street purposes certain one-foot
wide strips at the end of Beechwood Street and Starridge Street, respectively,
and
WHEREAS, on said Map No. 12082, the City Council of the City of Poway, and
on said Map No. 7066, the County of San Diego rejected the offers of dedication
of said one-foot wide strips as hereinafter more particularly described, and
WHEREAS, because of the approval and impending recordation of the final map
of City of Poway Tract 4191-5AR, it is in the best public interest of the City
of Poway that said one-foot wide strips be now accepted for public use for
street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, does resolve, deter-
mine, and order as follows:
1. The City of Poway hereby rescinds the rejection of said strips, and does
hereby accept for public use for street purposes the following:

Those portions of Lots 225 and 226 designated as "portions of Lots
225 and 226 reserved for future street" on City of Poway Tract No.
4191-3BR, recorded May 27, 1988 as Map No. 12082 in the office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, California.

A portion of Lot "A" designated as "reserved for future street" on
the County of San Diego tract named Golden City Unit No. 2, recorded
September 28, 1971, as Map No. 7066 in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, California, said portion being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 166 of said Golden City
Unit No. 2, being also the most southwesterly corner of said Lot
"A", thence northerly along the westerly line of said Lot "A" North
13039'05'' East, 57.61 feet, thence along the northerly line of said
Lot "A" South 76020'55'' East, 439.71 feet, thence South 13°39'05''
West, 3.00 feet, thence North 76020'55'' West, 1.00 feet, thence
North 13°39'05'' East, 2.00 feet, thence North 76°20'55'' West, 437.71
feet, thence South 13°39'05'' West, 56.61 feet, thence North
76°20'55'' West, 1.00 feet to the point of beginning.

The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified
copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of
San Diego County.
