The City of Poway, a Municipal Corporation, does hereby remise, release and forever
quitclaim to Martin Douglas Wilson and Carol May Wilson, Trustees of the Wilson Family
1972 Trust, dated October 23, 1972, Owner of property in the City of Poway described in
Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, the following easement in the City of
Poway, County of San Diego, State of California:
All that portion of the Conservation Easement Deed recorded on December 06,
2004, as Document No.2004- 1148111 and all that portion of the Conservation
Easement Deed recorded on December 06, 2004, as Document No. 2004-
1148112 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
The easements will be replaced by a Biological Conservation Easement under a separate
instrument.
