JACK RODE, a Married Man as his sole and separate property, and KIPE RODE, a Single Man, as Joint Tenants, whose address is 10858 Sabre Hill Drive, Unit #250, San Diego, CA, 92128, were the original Trustor, POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, the original Trustee, and POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, the original Beneficiary, under that certain Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents (Deed of Trust) dated July 10, 2007 and recorded August 2, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007- 0518464 of Official Records of the County of San Diego, State of California; and WHEREAS, on February 1, 2012, the Poway Redevelopment Agency was dissolved by operation of law, and, pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 34173, the City of Poway became the Successor Agency to the former Redevelopment Agency; and WHEREAS, as a result of the dissolution of the Redevelopment Agency, and in accordance with Health and Safety Code Section 34173, said Deed of Trust has been assigned to the Successor Agency; and WHEREAS, the loan secured by said Deed of Trust has now been satisfied in full. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Poway as Successor Agency does hereby reconvey unto the parties legally entitled thereto without warranty, all right, title, and interest that was heretofore acquired by the Successor Agency under the said Deed of Trust.
