A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING
A SCHEDULE OF SWIM TEAM FEES FOR THE
CITY OF POWAY SWIM CENTER
WHEREAS, fees for use of City of Poway recreational facilities have been
established to provide for the recovery of operational and maintenance costs
associated with said facilities; and
WHEREAS, rules and regulations have been established for the use of Poway
recreational facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby resolve as
follows:
A swim team fee be adopted establishing a $2 per lane per hour charge
plus $8.50 an hour for lifeguard services for resident swim teams, and
a $3 per lane per hour charge plus $8.50 per hour for lifeguard services
for nonresident swim teams.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City,S.Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this~16~h day of May, 1989.
