A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY. CALIFORNIA
ADOPTING A LANDSCAPE PLAN REVIEW FEE
WHEREAS, the City Council may find it necessary or desirable to
amend the City's fee schedule from time to time as authorized by
the Government Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds that it is necessary to
establish processing fees for landscape plan review; and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway held a properly noticed public
hearing in accordance with the California Government Code and the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) to consider the pro-
posed amendment; and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway further finds that the proposed
amendment is exempt from the CEQA requirements pursuant to Section
21080(B)(8)(1) of CEQA and hereby authorizes the City Clerk to file
the appropriate Notice of Exemption with the Clerk of the County of
San Diego.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does adopt
a Landscape Plan Review Fee to be calculated according to the
following table.

10,000 - 50,000 square feet

500,001 - 2,000,000 square feet
Over 2,000,000
