SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, JOHN MENDES AND JOSEPHINE M. MENDES, AS TRUSTEES OF THE JOHN
MENDES AND JOSEPHINE M. MENDES TRUST, DATED DECEMBER 1, 1995, were the original Trustor,
COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES, INC., the original Trustee, and CITY OF POWAY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, the original Beneficiary, under that certain Deed of Trust dated July 25, 2002
and recorded August 1, 2002 as Instrument No. 2002 - 0646896 of Official Records of the County of San Diego,
State of California; and
WHEREAS, on February 1, 2012, the Poway Redevelopment Agency was dissolved by operation of law,
and, pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 34173, the City of Poway became the Successor Agency
to the former Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, as a result of the dissolution of the Redevelopment Agency, and in accordance with Health and
Safety Code Section 34173, said Deed of Trust has been assigned to the Successor Agency; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned present Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of
Trust in place of COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES, INC.; and
WHERAS, the loan secured by said Deed of Trust has now been satisfied in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, as the present Beneficiary of record under that certain Deed of
Trust, hereby substitutes CITY OF POWAY, at 13325 Civic Center Drive, Poway, California, 92064, as Trustee
under said Deed of Trust in place of COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES, INC. Said Trustee hereby accepts
the appointment and does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the
Estate, now held by him thereunder.
