A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING
A FARE SCHEDULE FOR THE POWAY CALL-A-RIDE SERVICE
WHEREAS, the City of Poway provides Call-A-Ride services to the senior and
disabled in the Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho de los Penasqultos, and Sabre
Springs areas; and
WHEREAS, Call-A-Ride service fares have remained stable while City fare
subsidies have increased.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Poway
does hereby approve the increase of the Poway Call-A-Ride service fare on July
1, 1989 as follows:
Poway residents
Rancho Bernardo residents
Rancho de los Penasquitos residents
Sabre Springs residents
Existing Proposed
$1.00 each way
$1.50 each way
$1.50 each way
$1.50 each way
$1.25 each way
$1.75 each way
$1.75 each way
$1.75 each way
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to
do all things necessary and proper to implement said actions.
