A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
CONCURRING IN THE INITIATION OF A SPECIFIC PLAN
FOR THE ANDREWS & BLOOM GROUP, POWAY JEEP/EAGLE
WHEREAS, Andrews & Bloom, Poway Jeep/Eagle has submitted a pre-application
for the City Council to initiate a specific plan per Section 17.47.020.A of the
Poway Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered this item at their meeting of June 20,
1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is resolved that the City Council does hereby allow the
Andrews & Bloom Group to submit a specific plan for consideration and public
hearing as part of the Poway Jeep/Eagle Dealership on the south side of Poway
Road immediately west of Golden Way.
