consideration in return for conveyance.)
The City of Poway, a Municipal Corporation, does hereby remise, release and forever
quitclaim to the City of Poway Housing Authority:
All that portion of the Public Utility Easement, located within parcel 2 of Parcel Map 19198,
as reserved on said Parcel Map 19198, recorded April 1 st, 2003 as File No. 2003 - 0363326
of the Official Records of San Diego County.
This quitclaim does not release any interest or estate the City of Poway may have in the
above described real property except the reserved easement specified.
