The City of Poway, a Municipal Corporation, does hereby remise, release and forever
quitclaim to the City of Poway Housing Authority:
all that portion of the existing Storm Water Management Facilities Maintenance Agreement
and easement, located within parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map 19198, per File No. 2012-
0180327 as described in Exhibit A, of the Official Records of San Diego County.
