A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING THE PLACEMENT OF A STOP SIGN ON PEQUOT DRIVE
AT THE INTERSECTION WITH TUSCARORA DRIVE
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of stop signs in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a stop sign should be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with said Section
21351 of the California Vehicle Code, a stop sign is hereby established on
Pequot Drive at the intersection with Tuscarora Drive.
