A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICES
TO ESTABLISH VARIOUS NO PARKING ZONES
WHEREAS, the City Council has always established Parking Zones within
the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to authorize the Director of Public
Services to establish No Parking Zones within 30 feet of curb returns and
driveways.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Public Services,
upon review by and approval of Staff's Traffic Safety Committee, is hereby
authorized to establish various No Parking Zones adjacent to and extending
up to 30 feet from curb returns or driveway aprons. Said No Parking Zones
shall be designated by red color markings as set forth in Poway's Municipal
Code.
