A RESOLUT[ON OF THE C[TY COUNC[L OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PORTION
OF THE ABUTTERS' R[GHTS OF ACCESS REL[NQU[SHED
AND WA[VED IN AND TO TWIN PEAKS ROAD PER NAP 8885
(Vacation 89-09)
WHEREAS, County of San Diego Tract 3461-7, recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder as Hap No. 8885, relinquished and waived abutters' rights of
access from Lot 234 of said Hap in and to Twin Peaks Road, formerly Camino Del
Notre, and
WHEREAS, the development being undertaken by Sun Coast Homes on said Lot 234
and on the adjacent property, being undertaken by R & R Partners, proposes to
take access from Twin Peaks Road access to their sites across said Lot 234, and
WHEREAS, a portion of the previously relinquished and waived abutters'
rights of access across said Lot 234 now require vacating so the sites can have
access to and from Twin Peaks Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
The City Council hereby finds that a portion of the previously relin-
quished and waived abutters' rights of access across said Lot 234 are
hereby vacated:
See attached legal description titled "Exhibit A."

The City Clerk of the City of Poway is hereby directed to cause a cer-
tified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of San Diego County and to mail a conformed copy of said vaca-
tion to Phillip Laugen.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting this 2~, 1989.
