A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF CERTAIN
ONE-FOOT WIDE STRIPS OF LAND LYING WITHIN
COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO TRACT 3533 MAP NO. 9243
WHEREAS, on the maps of County of San Diego Tract 3533 recorded June 6,
1979, as Map No. 9243 in the office of the County Recorder, there are offered
for dedication for public street purposes certain one-foot wide strips at the
end of Colony Drive and Heritage Way and
WHEREAS, on said Map No. 9243, the County of San Diego rejected the offers
of dedication of said one-foot wide strips as hereinafter more particularly
described, and
WHEREAS, because of the approval and impending recordation of the final map
of City of Poway Tract 88-09, it is in the best public interest of the City of
Poway that said one-foot wide strips be now accepted for public use for street
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, does resolve, deter-
mine, and order as follows:
1. The City of Poway hereby rescinds the rejection of said strips, and does
hereby accept for public use for street purposes the following:
a. Those portions of Lots 6, 7, 12, and 13 designated as "portions of
Lots 6, 7, 12, and 13 reserved for future street" on County of San
Diego Tract 3533, recorded June 6, 1979 as Map No. 9243 in the office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County, California.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified
copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of
San Diego County.

California, at a regular meeting thi~21th day of July, 1989.
