The May 9, 2011, Regular Meeting of the Budget Review Committee was called to order
at 6:08 p.m. in the Poway City Council Chambers Observation Room, 13325 Civic
Center Drive, Poway, California.

1. LEGISLATIVE SERVICES PRESENTATION, INCLUDING REDEVELOPMENT
City Manager Penny Riley and Assistant City Manager Tina White reported on
the goals and objectives and proposed budget for the Legislative Services
Department, including Redevelopment.
2. ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT PRESENTATION
John French, Director of Administrative Services, reported on the goals and
objectives and proposed budget for the Administrative Services Department.
3. COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT PRESENTATION
Robin Bettin, Director of Community Services, reported on the goals and
objectives and proposed budget for Community Services.
