REGULAR MEETING
MAY 25, 2011
The May 25, 2011, Regular Meeting of the Budget Review Committee was called to
order at 6:05 p.m. in the Poway City Council Chambers Observation Room, 13325 Civic
Center Drive, Poway, California.

1. ADDRESS REMAINING COMMITTEE QUESTIONS AND PROVIDE
DIRECTION ON PREPARING THE COMMITTEE'S REPORT TO COUNCIL
The Committee confirmed their receipt of additional materials requested by
Committee members. The Committee continued discussion on their report of
recommendations, and provided staff with direction for preparation of a draft
report for the Committee's consideration at their June 6, 2011 meeting.

3. ADJOURNMENT
The May 25, 2011 meeting of the Budget Review Committee was adjourned at
7:56 p.m. The next meeting of the Budget Review Committee will be Monday,
June 6, 2011.
