A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWA¥, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION BY THE CITY IN PURCHASE CONTRACT
AND PERIODIC SALES CONDUCTED BY THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO
WHEREAS, the Code of Regulatory Ordinances of the County of San Diego pro-
vide that any public agency may, with the consent of the governing body, par-
ticipate with the County Purchasing Department in purchase contracts and
periodic sales for the disposal of surplus property, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that in the public interest that the City of
Poway be authorized to participate in such activities;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Poway,
California hereby authorizes the City Manager or his delegate to participate
with the County of San Diego in purchase contracts and periodic sales for the
disposal of surplus property.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the Cit~V Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof thi~f~rst day of August, 1989.
