A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING THE PLACEMENT OF YIELD SIGNS AT THE INTERSECTIONS
OF ADOBE RIDGE ROAD AND SUNRISE DRIVE, AND
ADOBE RIDGE ROAD AND MORNINGSIDE DRIVE
WHEREAS, Section 21356 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of a Yield Right-of-Way Sign in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this City Council has determined that yield signs be
established for southbound traffic on Sunrise Drive and Morningside Drive
at the intersection with Adobe Ridge Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with said Section
21356 of the California Vehicle Code, a Yield Right-of-Way Sign be
established at:
The intersection of Sunrise Drive and Adobe Ridge
Road for southbound traffic on Sunrise Drive; and
The intersection of Morningside Drive and Adobe
Ridge Road for southbound traffic on Morningside
Drive.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof tr~first day of August 1989.
