A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC SIGNALS IN THE CITY OF POWAY
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local agencies
to adopt rules and regulations by resolution to regulate traffic by means of
traffic control devices, and
WHEREAS, the Poway Municipal Code authorized the City Council to designate
intersections to be controlled by official control signals,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 21100 of the
California Vehicle Code, traffic signals are hereby established at:
Pomerado Road at Pomerado Hospital
Pomerado Road and Bernardo Heights Parkway
Poway Road and Highway 67
Poway Road and Garden Road
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City C/el~cil of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this/~9tq day of August, 1989.
