A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMOUNT FOR
REIMBURSEMENT OF DRAINAGE FEES TO "T'NT OAK KNOLL,"
A CALIFORNIA PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has enacted City Municipal
Code Section 16.72 providing for reimbursement of costs associated with
construction of planned local drainage facilities; and
WHEREAS, T'NT Oak Knoll, a California partnership has satisfactorily
constructed planned local drainage improvements in the Poway Creek Basin; and
WHEREAS, T'NT Oak Knoll has provided proof of reasonable costs incurred by
them in construction of these improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway does
determine and order as follows:
T'NT Oak Knoll, a California partnership is entitled to reimbursement of
$70,361.27 from the Poway Creek local area drainage fund, as collected and
distributed in accordance with the provisions in City Municipal Code Section
16.72.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting this 5th day of September, 1989.
